Balloon College is a site that is dedicated to the furthering of the art of balloon twisting. This site and all it's advertisers and content will be in keeping with a family type atmosphere. Primarily the advertising will be for balloons but others will be accepted. 

Balloon twisting has taken on a new form in the last thirty years since I began twisting and there are twisters that will provide any type entertainment for any venue. This site will be a family friendly site that will not provide advertising or pictures of that sort of entertainment. 

This is not to say that entertainers will not try to circumvent situations and put advertising on this site and link it to another page. Once we find that on our site or it is reported then the advertising will be removed with no reimbursement of fees
